The LAST really great President, IMO was
Teddy Roosevelt. He became President
after McKinley died from a gunshot
wound recieved while at the 1901 Pan American
exhibit.
After being sworn in, He broke up the
oil trust, put aside thousands of acres aside
as wildlife refuges, and stopped the coal
strike of 1903.
He did many other things, too, many of
which pissed off a lot of people, but the
bottom line was he wanted change.
Maybe you people out there disagree with
me, but I'd take T.R. over Nixon or Reagon
anyday.
But that's just MY opinion...... I'm not trying
to force it on anyone, just wanted to express
myself here.
