It was not really a serious stab. I was part of the "popular" group back then(only because I was the class clown, not because I was popular.) and I chose to bully this one kid who was actually smaller than me. It got serious and he ended up stabbing me with a ballpen.
Naturally, my exceptional fighting prowess kicked in and I blocked it the way you would block a punch, which doesn't work too well against pointy objects.
