LLance 6000+ posts Joined: Nov 2000 Posts: 6,377 Burlington, Ky. USA	...out of Greater Cincinnati Airport, which I live almost right next to. We're up and running! My wife and I just picked the girls up from school. I saw numerous American Flags everywhere plus many business' had their message boards plastered with patriotic slogans and well wishes for those directly in the line of fire two days ago.

Apollo 25+ posts Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 34 NYC	I saw one flying tonight, around 9 or so, here in Brooklyn. One of the weirdest thing the past few days is how quiet and empty the skies have been. You don't notice air traffic usually, it's just background noise.

Apollo 25+ posts Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 34 NYC	My roommate and I were on the back porch today when an airliner flew over en route to La Guardia. We both looked up, it's just weird to freak a little everytime you hear a plane. I'm supposed to get on a plane to go upstate tomorrow. Am I little nervous? A bit, though I guess the airlines are really, REALLY safe now, and a little plane from NY to Buffalo really isn't a prime target.
