I guess I've always gone more the tyrant way, you just have to be carefull to watch and make sure your tyrant isn't a complete nutball. Sometimes it takes somebody with some balls to get things done, even if it's not a popular decision.
And everybody knows that when you go the pansy route, things end up looking like the DC boards...er...Marvel boards! Yeah, that's the ticket...
