completely agreed!

all you do in high school is "prepare" for college, and consistantly hear about how "this crap wont pass there" or "in college, EVERYone is smarter than you" ... all that stuff. so, constantly, you're doing all this work, to prepare yourself for.... NOTHING!! college, if anything, is an education on boobs. its an education on living life without your parents, making (buying) your own dinner, making new friends, responsibilities, priorities, etc...

no (little) educational value is gained from college, and none is gained in high school, as you're just doing prep work for college.

the introduction to basic sciences, like dffcltknd said, and basic maths, nouns verbs... thats all done in the early grammar school years. and thats the only thing everyone can remember -- and benefit from!
