Ok, so this lady wants to tax soda (Coke, Pepsi, Mountain Dew) cause she says it causes child obesity.

Let's tax water, and meat, and hell, even sunlight too.

I understand taxing tobacco, and alcohol, but isn't sugar already taxed anyway?
