A) Depends on your needs. If you need a pet that will constantly shower you with affection and depend on you for every little thing, get a dog. If you want a pet that's pretty much independent, to the point that it won't die if you stop feeding it but will likely just leave, get a cat.
You also have to take into account the fact that even a dog that's smaller than a cat is more useful when it comes to dealing with intruders. A small dog will at least make noise, a large dog might take care of the problem for you. A cat couldn't care less.
Q) What's some good alcohol? I don't really drink, but my buddies and I will all be getting together to game on Thursday. The last time I brought stuff to drink (it was some kind of port), nobody wanted any. I wanna bring something good this time.
