I believe in reincarnation, which you would think circumvents the whole question of heaven or hell, but actually doesn't.

The way I see it (and vaguely remember it), the time between "lives" is where all the real stuff happens. This existence is just the tip of the iceberg.

In the between-time, we're all quite a bit smarter than we are now. We have access to a good deal more information, for one thing. Our senses are basically infinite in that state, so we know what the hell is going on.

And basically, for me, heaven would be looking down at this life from that all-knowing in-between state and approving. Hell would be discovering I'd been a total dork. [izzat so?]
