It's my opinion that deathrow is for pussies anyways....
'Course, my thoughts on the matter are fucking logical, but our "safe" politically correct society would never buy into my idea:
Do away with life imprisonment and shorten the term for deathrow sentences.
I mean...if you've done something so heinous that you have to be locked away from society for the rest of your existence, then thre's no use for you...so skip the middle man and ship yer ass off to deathrow...and I ain't talking about this "years of appeals" bullshit either...how long can a dude sit on the mile these days? Up to 12 years? Bullshit. If they're to be put to death, then let's get it over with. In a perfect world, a guy who's waiting for his death sentence to come due shouldn't have to wait to long...wouldn't that be cruel and unusual punishment, anyways?
What this plan would lead to:
a thinning out of the prison population
less violent crime (if ya knew for a fact that you were to be put to death for something, wouldn't that deter you away from such actions? )
No more bureaucratic bullshit
