And you wont see it on a scale. You'll only see it in your dress size. I took a health class at college #2 and we talked about this. If you work out with weights, you don't see the loss on a scale because you're building muscle, but you will notice it with your clothes. What's happening is the fat is shrinking and the muscle is growing. Which is why I don't want to do leg weights until I trim my mid section down, my problem area. I'm not huge, I'm healthy looking, but at the same time, I'm not trim/toned up, which is all I want to do realy. I don't like the way I look in shorts or a swim suit, but will have to wait to work out for the time being.

The weird thing with me is, when I used to roller blade, I had no problem building up my calf muscles, in fact, they still look great, but my thighs on the other hand, it did nothing for them. [no no no]

I've heard yoga is good for weight loss, but don't see how that would work since it's stretching, unless I'm just mistaken.
