The way to lose weight and keep it off is to change for good. Eat healthier and exercise more. Otherwise you yo-yo. NO exceptions. I think.
Yoga is a very good idea. It isn't just stretching, it's a zero-impact was of exercising and gaining stregnth as well as flexability and body wellness. Plus you can find videos and stuff for specific areas. Try the back-care ones. They put you right to sleep after. Sooooo relaxing...
Definately drink more water than you want and curb the carbs. Make sure to keep a balanced diet and ignore those damned government-regulated food pyramids. It's bullshit.
I dunno... I'd share my story, but I gained a lot of weight because I stopped taking the meds I was on really suddenly ... the dosage was pretty up there... Um, yeeaaahh. You don't just stop taking that shit. Hoo-boy. Anyhow, since my chemicals aren't all screwwy anymore, I've been losing the weight like a bad habit. Call me "lucky."
