Worked for my mom. She lost 52 lbs. over the course of last year. Myself... I started walking to work at the beginning of the summer and have already lost ten pounds and have managed to keep them off so far. Walking, I'm told, is the best exercise. I've also dropped two inches from my waist since the beginning of the summer, too, which is encouraging. We'll see if I continue to make progress, though...
