I was 200 lbs about 8 years ago..it was yo-yo basically..I'm 5'8"...
Anyway I dropped 50 lbs in 4 months by eating 1 happy meal a day and exercising like a mother...
I haven't topped 165 since..my metabolism changed. I exercised regularly until about 3 years ago when I tore 2 abdominal muscles...but i still haven't gone over 165....
But I've changed my eating habits as well...I eat more vegetarian foods and don't eat as many sweets....and I still drink beer...........
All I did to lose the initial weight was do about 500 roman chair situps a day, 100 push ups and rigorous stretching exercises...........
