The real crime was the native Americans *harboring* your ancestors.
The natives goodness of heart gave them enough time to erect fences and pass rules and regulations to deprive others of the same benefits as they then hide behind their legaleese.
And I'm not too keen on the rule of law as it pertains to immigration seeing as how I live and talk to people who were deported back in the 30's DESPITE THE FACT THAT THEY WERE U.S. CITIZENS all because they were of hispanic descent.
