There should be no boundaries and citizenship for we are all Citizens of the World and the US should welcome with open arms all peoples that wish to come to within our boundaries, be they of good intentions or not for this is the way we get rid of Bush with a bullet from one of our world citizens and the rule of Dean can truly begin.
