They were all complaining here about getting power back on in time for the preseason Browns game - like they've got a snowball's chance in hell of beating Green Bay anyway. It was a great opportunity for major cities to test their emergency management services, though. Consider that here in the lovely hometown of Drew Carey there were NO VIOLENT CRIMES during the blackout period - and that represents a significant drop in violent crime from normal conditions! :lol:
