That's why I posted something about the parade in my last post, though I don't really have any interest in writing about that (unless something interesting happens).

There's not really anything too compelling about a parade to get people to post, unfortunately -- it's a similar problem to the Circus of the early stories. And nobody seems willing to move the story along in time, so we're stuck.

If someone wants to use the parade to advance the subplot with Lucius Maddox and his anti-Vanguard campaign, feel free to do so. (Note that he's the ONLY government official involved with the PSI-Unit Project that "The Colonel" didn't kill... hmm... I wonder why that could be...?)
