G-man, if all you do is discuss matters of world import and public policy, you become boring and dull. There is nothing wrong with a healthy discussion of a comic book character. It's a pleasant escape from the world we live in, like a sporting event, or a TV show. The difference is, you have to think to have a discussion, unlike when watching TV.

It may be pointless conversation, but it's fun.
