Um... if this is the "Bitch about how bad 2004 has been" thread... I can't. Day after the year started, I went back to work. Sure, it's graveyard shift, but I don't have a life. And in the first week, they made me full time, and I got a dollar an hour raise. On top of that, the people who have heard the album (Incompl, by Triumvirate) have generally liked it. Plus, I finally found The Monkees Present on vinyl. And, I've actually been sober the entire year. I can't complain. And it's nice to see Kimi back on her feet... so she can soon be back on her knees, if ya smell what the Rock is cookin'

First National Bastard : It all sounds good to me!! I've had some good news this year already : Made a few new friends. Cats are all in good health but I will ALWAYS worry about my Fav. cat, Max, because I love him so... Got a display case today in the mail that I'd ordered around Thanksgiving! ( It's for my 1:8 scale 1886 Benz Motorwagen - Replica of the first successful automobile to use an internal combustion engine. ) Essential Avengers 1, 2 , & 3 arrived last week - I got them on Ebay for a VERY good price! Little things make me happy! Lucky for me, too. I hope that THIS might be the year I find a NEW relationship... If not, then there is next year. I've learned over the years NOT to maintain such high standards which might have been what's kept me from finding someone. Many people do this, and it might be preventing them from finding happieness with a partner, too. When I'm down, I do a list of things to be grateful for. I write at least TEN things on this list. I find that it really does help. The important thing is not to give up hope. Ya never know what good things tomorrow may bring!

I just found out my ex was lying to me. She does have a boyfriend. So now, I totally look like one big fucking stupid assed son of a bitch by trying to get back with her. I feeling like a shit heel for sending her flowers. I just hope I made the bastard jealous. You know she and I used to sit and laugh at this guy for hours because he's such an unbelievable loser who couldn't keep a 2 day a week job for his fathers cleaning service and has below a 2.0 GPA at a community college. Things are starting to look up...The whole credit fraud thing appears to be worked out...looks like someone fucked up a SS# one time and someone's credit report got merged with mine...don't ask...I don't quite get it either, but it seems to be done...but I feel bad for the poor woman whose acct was merged with mine...she now has a bunch of credit cards with fraud alerts and cards that heve been cancelled, so shopping should be fun for her!

Well, Kimi I am glad things are going better for you!
I look forward to 2004. Things were bad in 2003 for me. My husband screws around with me and we separate, my Dad dies and the department that worked in closed down. At least I still have a job and all, but I'm working were I don't really want to be, but it could be worse. My eldest daughter was diagnosed with several mental disorders.
Now, in 2004 I'm looking for a divorce, find a better place to work and I found a new man who adores me and my kids, and I hope to find help for my daughter.
