Brian "Spanky" Kendrick has been released from his contract.
Apparently he asked for his release as he isnt being utilised in even house shows,meaning he is barely making any money!
During a recent radio interview,Ricky Steamboat said rumours about him wrestling Ric Flair at WMXX were untrue as he hasnt even been contacted,but he did say that he would love to do it even with his back injury as he knows the fans would love it!
Latest rumour is that Benoit will be jumping ship to join the Raw roster!
There is still rumours that Cena will be moving to Raw but apparently Shawn Michaels has said that Benoit would be a better fit as Cena's "hip" personality would overshadow HBKs baby face persona!
Also rumoured to make the Raw jump is Edge when he makes his return!

At the moment no indication has been given for any transfers to SD,but it'll probably happen somewhere down the line.
Only problem I have if Benoit does move brands is that we will no longer see those great Benoit vs Angle matches of the past........although that said,who's
up for some good old fashioned Benoit vs Y2J?
Apparently HBK (as I already mentioned) & HHH are the main instigators of getting Benoit to Raw!
One possible senario is that Benoit will win the Rumble & will get the choice of which heavyweight belt he wants to challenge for,and obviously he chooses The World championship!
There is also much speculation about the other WMXX matches including Lesnar vs Goldturd,which could also be Goldturds last match in WWE as his contract expires after that and its believed that he wont renew,plus another much heralded match will be Taker vs Kane.
Taker is expected back for the Rumble to kick the feud off!

Anything on when the shows will get back to being about wrestling instead of the Triple H and Nipple H Shows?

If you like good rasslin I'd suggest buying some Ring of Honor DVD's I have never watched them myself but many of the other wrestlers I work with love them and say it's the best stuff out there. Plus you get Daffeny!

New rumour is circulating that various mid-card wrestlers are gonna be sent back to OVW because they arent being used,even in house shows!
The feeling seems to be that they can go back to OVW & brush up their skills until the writing team can come up with a good storyline for them!
Names being mentioned are Kanyon, Jacqueline, Ivory, Sean O'Haire, and Stamboli.
Its not so surprising with Kanyon & O'Haire as neither has been seen in months but with the womens division being so small & Stamboli being part of the FBI,some of these moves just dont make sense!
One thing it does show once again is WWE has no idea what they are doing,they put talented guys like Kanyon & O'Haire on the backburner while talentless wastes of space like Mark Henry & A-Train constantly get pushed!
And Vince wonders why ratings are dropping!

More rumours suggest that Vince McMahon is worried about the incresing popularity of Pride (UFC) and is gonna pull off a similar stunt to the last time UFC had a surge in popularity,namely sign up some of the most popular names (last time it was Ken Shamrock & Dan Severn). By all accounts Ken Shamrock & Tito Ortiz would be his main targets but Dan Severn & Tank Abbott are also of interest (now that'd be interesting as Shamrock & Severn totally despise each other). Also,WWE appears to have sent out an email regarding No way out in February,which is a Smackdown only PPV & the last PPV before WMXX. It apparently has this to say: Quote:

Brock was #29. Most of the winners seem to be from #20-27, with the occasional exception like when Flair or Michaels win it(could Benoit do it this year?).

I would really like to see Benoit get a great push and a long title run.
He is an intense performer and hard worker.
I don't think I have ever read a report about Benoit ever complaining.
Never read he was bitching about being underused, or underappreciated.
When he went back to the near bottom of the card after his injury he worked his way back up by performing not complaining.
Chris Beniot lives and breaths his art. He hurts and bleeds. He has passion.
Chris also never seems to mind putting over other wrestlers because he never ceases to get himself over in the same match.
I wish him all good things.
Yet another fine example of quaility performer Stu Harts Dungeon can put out.

That was some good shit.
Another favorite of mine is Benoit vs Raven vs DDP for the US title.
Either it was really good or I had poor expectations and the match was decent.
Either way it was the highlight of whatever PPV it was.
It may have been a Holloween Havoc.

Couple more rumours!
Apparently WWE are in talks with Jeff Hardy for his return. It is believed if he does return he will be a big part of the push WWE is planning for the cruiserweight division!
It is also rumoured that Orton and a partner (possibly Batista) will have a tag team match at WMXX to help push Orton to the superstar status that WWE wants!
The rumoured opponents will be the Rock n Sock connection,and is apparently all Foleys idea!

Jeff in the cruiserweight division would be great. I would love to see a ladder match between him and Mysterio. Throw in Chavo and Dragon, and that could be a classic. And Moore too. The more high flyers the better.
By the way, one good memory I have abou the Hardcore division was when Jeff Hardy held the title. Those were fun matches to watch. But, the division was still a joke.
