WWE.com reports today: "World Wrestling Entertainment and Juventud have to terms on a release from his contract. WWE wishes Juventud the best in all future endeavors."
This is no surprise considering Juventud had been anything but a model employee since joining WWE as part of the Mexicools tag team. Juventud's reputation preceded him, as he once created a scene in Australia while working for WCW by dancing in a drug-induced state naked in a hotel hallway. Juvi had been a discipline problem for WWE, also, although no incidents were quite as much a spectacle as the overseas hotel incident. He did defy orders from road agents regarding some of his gestures and moves in the ring, which he felt he "had to do to get over."
Friends of Juvi have just been shaking their head at how he was blowing his once chance to be a professional and establish a respectable career in WWE. Super Crazy and Psicosis, fearing his behavior would reflect poorly on them, had recently requested to be separated from him on air.
Juvi, in the early-'90s, was ranked as one of the ten wrestlers worldwide, at times considered a better overall wrestler than Rey Mysterio during his prime. Since then, his off-beat personality has sidetracked him and offset his talent.

I just watched the TNA best of X Divivsion DVD. On there is an interview with Jerry Lynn, and he confirms that Juvi is, in fact, a douchebag.

I got the Daniels dvd this week. I was surprised because it's only one dvd (however it was cheaper). but it's packed with matches. a lot of them are kinda short, though.

Too bad. I'd like to see TNA come out with more DVD's, like an X division volume 2, and sets focusing on guys like the Kru, AMW, and maybe something like a "Most Extreme TNA" with all the crazy hardcore shit.

Yes. On the website. Whereas the X division, Raven, and others are on sale in actual stores. That's what I want. I'd buy it from the website, but last I checked, they only accepted paypal, which to me has always been a pain in the ass.

Less than 48 hours later, Vince McMahon made the decision to fire him as he was already down on his attitude and in-ring psychology.
The Torch reports that many in WWE described Juventud as an almost delusional egotistical superstar. It is no secret he has always had a big ego, as those who were around him noted that he always referred to himself in the third person, always wore dark sunglasses and acted as if he was on the same level of wrestling stars such as Steve Austin or The Undertaker. To make matters even funnier to some, he felt he was always above some of the newer top stars like Batista and John Cena. His notorious actions caused both Psicosis and Super Crazy to ask WWE management to separate them because they feared they may lose their jobs being associated with him. It should be noted that Psicosis hasn't gotten along with Juventud for years.
Some other highlights from his short WWE career included stories that he was overheard telling some passengers on airplanes that recognized him that he was "The Rock of Mexico" and that he is now as big as The Rock in the United States. It is no secret The Rock was upset with Juventud using his gestures and moves while he was in WCW. Juventud's response was that he had a right to use them since he was as big as The Rock. One report has stated that Vince McMahon could have pushed Juventud's ego even more based on one story during The Mexicools first day in the WWE locker room. During a speech addressing the entire roster, McMahon pointed them out stating that they looked eager and hungry to be there and that others should take a cue from their enthusiasm. As a joke, McMahon added something in the lines of, "Who knows, maybe some day I'll make Juventud the World Champion." Even though it was meant as a joke, Juventud clearly took it to heart not realizing McMahon's tone in that he was saying a good attitude and eagerness could take you far. Says one WWE wrestler about his release, "He "He probably thinks Triple H or Batista felt threatened by him, and that's why he was fired. He'll never change."

Well it looks like the WWE is going to give Orlando Jordan an...interesting angle. From eWrestling.com As previously reported, WWE has plans to put Orlando Jordan in a bisexual character storyline. Right now the plan is to create a triangle between Jordan, former TNA female wrestler Trinity, and a new gay male wrestler. The new gay male character, named Erik, will be portrayed as a friend of Orlando's from outside the wrestling business.
