I've thought a bit about it -- Erasmus's body is the size of an elephant (its wingspan is obviously much, much proportionally wider), so a makeshift harness could be constructed in which everyone could ride if need be -- they wouldn't be able to hold on otherwise. I don't imagine that the entire team will have to ride on Erasmus's back more than once or twice in this story (plus, half the team can probably ride on Drax's back). Alternatively, Erasmus could carry a large "basket"-like object in which some of the team could ride. Of course, they'd have to be the most bravest in the team. I know I wouldn't want to be anywhere BENEATH that bloody hawk.

BTW, Dan and Mxy: Sorry about my last post. I think I had a little bit too much fun with it. Think of it as sort of the "hazing" of the newbie. At least I didn't make Phil the victim again.
