That's up to how we write it since there hasn't been any indication that technology can't work there. The people have just pretty much stopped in their advancement, much like Europe did during the Dark Ages and the Native Americans did.



Yeah, I haven't read anything about some sort of magic barrier not allowing technology to work there.
But, anyway, if it turns out that that's the case, I have no objection with Epicenter's powers going whacko, as long as he doesn't know that's gonna happen when he goes to the other universe.
