Well, just one in particular. A girl named Melanie, to be specific, who has prompted me to start no less than 3 separate threads here (not including this one). Sometimes she'll be so into me, and other times, I don't know what happens. Granted most of the off times she's been rather drunk, so perhaps that's the reason. Well, I'm done pussyfooting around. If I see her tomorrow night (and there's a good chance I will), then I'm just going to ask her out to dinner, and cut right to the chase.

Didn't flirt as much, as bad habits like shyness are hard to break over night, but I did talk a little bit with this cute little Asian girl. I didn't talk with her enough to feel confident in asking for her number, but as she left, she gently brushed my arm with her hand and said, "I hope to see you again"

I once dated a very cute asian girl and we hit it off so good that we eventually started sleeping with each other and she regularly stayed at my apartment. But then we found out that we are actually 2nd cousins and things got awkward, then I found out she has a daughter and when her daughter's father found out, he beat me within an inch of my life, and if the police didn't come I might have been dead today.

Also, when our parents found out that we entered into a relationship with each other, they also beat me within an inch of my life. It was the best days of my life.

I was out tonight, and for whatever reason, I strike up some small talk with a random woman (pigs must have been flying). While it didn't go absolutely badly (she smiled when she talked to me), I couldn't even get her name, much less anything else. Which leads me to ask "What the fuck is wrong with me?" My friend Nicole tried to cheer me up with "Maybe there's something wrong with her", which I suppose would make sense, except for the fact that EVERY woman that I've ever been interested in romantically/ sexually has rejected me in some form or another, leading me to believe that it's me there's something wrong with and not the entire female gender. For the past 15 minutes I've been trying to stop crying, and I haven't been entirely successful.

All I've ever wanted was someone to be in love with, and have that same person be in love with me, and I'm starting to realize that that is never going to happen.

Besides, I sang "I Believe in a Thing Called Love" for the first time and managed to hit all the high notes. Hell yeah!

Well, she more or less blew me off (didn't pray hard enough, Joe!). I was rather dejected this past weekend. Then, last night, my friend Nicole suggest I go with her and her boyfriend to one of the karaoke shows at this bar called Marita's Cantina in Bryn Mawr. I asked if there would be hot chicks there, and they said yeah. So, I figure, what the hell? First, it would get my mind off that lying whore who shall remain nameless (*cough*Melanie*cough*), and second, as this place is rather removed from my regular haunts, I figured I could flirt with impunity. If I got rejected, what the fuck would I care? It's not like I'd see anyone there on a regular basis. So I went, and had a good time. Lots of hotties there. I decided to poke into this thread 'cause I saw Mel again tonight. She's shows up at karaoke on occasion, and sometimes she talks to me. Well, tonight she was there, and I was bustin' on her. Called her a lush, mocked her (She mentioned how she never calls anyone back to which I replied, "Don't I know it! 'We'll do something tonight, I'll call you! No really!'") Wouldn't you know I got more attention from her tonight by raggin on her than I've gotten in the past, oh, six months by bein nice.
