Vice President Cheney made some interesting points about Kerry's characterization of International relations recently.

John Kerry has referred to U.S. allies in the war in Iraq as a "coalition of the coerced and the bribed," and Dick Cheney has something to say about that.

"Many questions come to mind," the vice president said, "but the first is this: How would Kerry describe Great Britain — coerced or bribed?"

Another quote: "If such dismissive terms are the vernacular of the golden age of diplomacy Senator Kerry promises, we are left to wonder what nations would care to join any future coalition."

The vice president continued that Kerry sounds as if he respects only those nations critical of the United States, not the ones that support us.

Can anyone here think of any posters to this board who seem to only respect nations critical of us?
