Vietnam = Iraq?

I must have missed the reports of:


North Iraq overrunning South Iraq
Soviet forces downing American aircraft
Jane Fonda posing with Iraqi military personnel


I also didn't know that during the Vietnamese War, that we killed Ho Chi Minh's sons, and captured Ho Chi Minh himself.

Other than that, I can clearly see the parallels.
