Disco Steve, I don't see how you can do a review of JLA 95 and make no mention of the only thing going on in that story that's of any real interest...the Doom Patrol scenes.
There's nothing ground-breaking going on the domes of Byrne or Claremont anymore, but we all know that. It's a been-told-before-tale of Big Team Needs Hidden Unknown Team to Save The Day. And while tales are retold all the time, Claremont and Byrne can't really bring anything interesting to it (CRUFICER???WTF??? Good lord, my 11 year old comes up more interesting character names...).
Anyway, return to your lives, citizens...
