. Back in the original JLR Universe, Britannica was hypnotised by Chant to become the villainous Mr. Misinformation. Though it was believed that Britannica was cured, unknown to the other members of the JLR, the Mr. Misinformation persona often re-asserted itself. In this current reality Mr. Misinformation is a separate entity. It is unclear if Britannica has completely been purged of his Mr. Misinformation persona.

Background:
The boy who would be come Britannica was born in England, to an English Father and Australian Mother. Britannica has one sibling, the adventurer known as The Southern Cross. At the age of 8, young Britannica’s family moved to Australia.

Born a mutant, Britannica’s abilities revealed themselves at an early age. He was always found with his nose in non-fiction and reference books, which triggered his “useless information ability”. At the age of 10, Britannica crashed a dirt bike into a log pile on his Uncle’s farm, sustaining only a minor cut, beneath his nose, requiring only three stiches. Throughout his teenage years, Britannica secretly developed his teleportation ability, travelling to other realms, such as the DC, Marvel & Dr. Who universes. At age 20, Britannica was hit by a car sustaining only minor bruising and confirming Britannica’s partial invulnerability to moving vehicles.

Like all true geniuses, Britannica left school early. Britannica’s strong moral and ethical code, led him to work for organisations, which provided services to the community, such as the TAFE (Technical And Further Education) college network, a National Trade Union and the Library & Information profession (including University, TAFE & Public libraries).

While working in Libraries, Britannica’s information overload attack came to the fore, when he was required to write reports & record minutes and also explain library policy and procedure to library patrons. Expected to provide instant access to the answers to library patron requests for information, Stephen adopted the name Britannica (both as a reference to the Encyclopaedia and his British origin).

Britannica soon heard of the Superhero Group, the Justice League Reality, and successfully applied as a member. He took part in numerous adventures with the Team. On one such mission, Britannica was hypnotised by the villainous Chant, turning the hero into Mr. Misinformation. Though, thought to be cured by his teammates, Britannica’s Mr. Misinformation persona often asserted itself secretly. Not long after, the JLR suffered the “Crisis of the JLR-MB”, where their home Universe was deleted by Rob, the omni-potent being known as The Moderator!

Britannica and a majority of the JLR found themselves in the RKMB, renewing their battle with their arch-foe Chant (who also made it to the RKMB Universe), and fighting new foes, including the RKMB Universe’s version of Britannica, the villainous Mr. Misinformation & his army of Amazonian Librarians, and the Injustice Reality League.

During the JLR's Convention Adventure, Britannica met Di Bat Pho. The couple have recently married (once the story is wrtten) and are currently on their honeymoon.

TRANSNEAPOLITAN

Real name:
John "Scoop" Brooker

Occupation:
Adventurer. Former ice cream vendor.

Powers:
Transneapolitan can transform his body into a variety of ice-cream flavours. He can also control his body's consistency, from melted to rock-hard, giving him the ability to shape shift, move through small openings or hit someone with incredible strength.

Transneapolitan can also create constructs from any flavour ice cream. These include, baseball bats, ice cream sleds, cages, barriers and other items.

While in ice cream form, Transneapolitan is vulnerable to heat and flame, which causes him to melt.

Personality:
Considering that he has been turned into living ice cream, John is a reasonably levelheaded individual.

Relatively new to crimefighting, Transneapolitan tends to make corny superhero remarks while in public (eg. Greetings Citizens! or Holy Donuts). When around children, he will provide advice on the importance of cleaning teeth, looking both ways before crossing the road, and to drink milk. But this is just for show and he talks quite normally around people he knows.

However, the traumatic events leading up to him gaining his powers have left a few psychological scars. Transneapolitan gets angry around thugs and will do whatever it takes to protect honest, hard-working citizens.

Also Scoop now spend most of his time in his ice cream form, as he doesn't feel the pain from his injuries, which still affects Scoop in human form.

History:
Refusing to pay protection money to a bunch of heavies, working for a criminal organisation, John Brooker was attacked and left for dead. As he lay in the store's freezer, melting ice cream oozed into his open wounds, somehow granting him the ability to transform his body into living ice cream.

Scoop vowed to drive the underworld criminals from his town. Calling himself The Ice Cream Man, he helped other shop owners against the "protection" rackets and shutdown the other operations run by the criminals. Though he has yet to find out who the "Mr. Big" of the criminal organisation is.

Because of the amount of time he focuses in battling the criminal underworld, Scoop sold his ice cream store.

He has recently joined the Justice League Reality. Though on the condition that he change his heroic identity. Scoop now calls himself Transneapolitan.
