Chant, The Mailmaster of Mayhem!
Name: Chant, aka The Chanterator
Real Name: Unknown.
Occupation: Super Evil Villain and Crazy mad Scientist also former Mailmaster at the local postoffice
Origin: Chant originates from the DCMBs from which he was ousted by the Great Gob. He came next to the RKMBs in search of his enemies, the JLR.
Powers: The Chant that followed after the JLR War Era has acquired new powers due to his former divine nature.
Chant is no longer an insane villain, reason guides his steps. Evil reason ofcourse. His new powers include Reality changing powers, Telekinesis and Telepathy. Last but not least he is now capable of dominating other beings utterly.
Immunities: Chant retains all his former immunities! Chant's powers are of a divine origin given to him, by himself as The Chanterator. His powers cannot be changed by outside forces lesser than the Great Gob himself.
Weaknesses: Somehow his powers of Domination cannot affect those who follow the heroic path!
For all his awesome powers there is still one thing that keeps him down. He will always be Chant, that will never change!
Equipment: Chant is still in possession of the Shield Heli-Carrier which he acquired during the Convention Adventure. Chant is a genius at superhuman level and he can create virtually any gadget that he might need.
Minions: Alice & Beatrix (deceased) Bill Clinton (where this evil manipulating villain currently resides is unknown) Various Minions of the Postoffice (includes such prominent members as Toxic Bob, Jeff with the Beard and many others) Chant has set his eyes on the Angel Islington and the Dark Empress!

Suffice it to say that the new Chant is different from the normal Chant who was crazy and utterly predictable.
