1000-1499: "Illegal Machine".

1500-1999: "Lying Deleter".

2000-2499: "Drzsmith Racker".

2500-2999: "Captain Kamphausen".

You can decide upon the rest.

However, since no one will ever catch Rob, his title should be: "Emperor of the Kamphausen-DCMB Dual Monarchy".
