I have to disagree with you whole heartidly here, Bobo. The intent of the comments is what makes it wrong. I too joke around with some friends of mine who are black because they also joke with me about being white. In both instances, we're not saying things with the intent to hurt or degrade each other. Actually, we're making fun of stereotypes and racism itself because we are also willing to apply those stereotypes to ourselves in humorous fashions. Like I said, we don't mean it; nor are we being hateful with it.
But from the way Stupid Dog told his account, his boss and brother were degrading black people for their own amusement and possible self gratification. If that's true, then they are wrong no matter how sensitive their environment is.
