Nor did the majority intened for us to be attacked and thousands of people killed on 9/11 by terorists. Like someone said on the first page, they've been talking about reestablishing the draft for a good 14 years now. They were saying that during dessert storm. I doubt they'll do it now, there are plenty of people that are currently serving, and have joined since the start of the war that they wont need to. The only reason I could see this actually hapening is if our casulties rises to the numbers it was in Vietnam, but as people have been saying, this is a different war, and we learned a lot about war fare since then.
