The downside, of course, is that you're buying from DF, but it's like a 40 dollar value. I recommending spending as little amount of money possible, by buying either a Marvel digest or a Vertigo incentive-priced trade.

All that, and it's Sleeper! Sleeper is the book everyone talks about when they're discussing what comics SHOULD be. One of the greatest in a long time, which makes this deal even better.
