An entire issue devoted to the non-PC story of Andy - a boy who discovers he has super powers which are charged by smoking cigarettes. Because this is a Daniel Clowes story, Andy’s status as a superhero doesn't elevate him above the crowd, so much as take a back seat, while the mundane details of his life occupy centre stage - his one-sided penpal relationship with an ex-girlfriend, his Grandfather’s mental deterioration at the hands of Alzheimer’s disease and the complex friendship that he shares with Louie, who goes slightly power mad.
