As far as the Manhattan story. No, it's not a good time, imo, to start that one up. For exactly the reasons you're citing. That being, no one is posting. It seems kind of pointless to me to start up another story, when people aren't working on the current ones, you know?
Chewy, Mxy, Notwedge, TTT, and myself are all consumed with other stuff, as an example. So yeah, it is a bad time for starting a story that is going to have to be majorly coordinated to work right.
