Look: it's not the end of the world, folks. If the general consensus is that my ending doesn't work, I'll delete my posts and let the rest of you finish it whichever way you wish. Maybe I'll repost mine and Euro's posts in another thread as the "Director's Cut" or something...
In the end it's just a story... just an idea. I thought it was pretty cool, personally, but besides Euro I seem to be the only one. And don't blame Euro, folks -- he was just following the idea I wanted to do when I began this story. Neither of us really expected this kind of reaction.
