I recently saw a program on the Discovery Channel about a device that supposedly returns more energy than is put into it. You can read Newman's claims at
his web page. .
After gaining attention, investors, and time on national television, his work was eventually discredited by a
National Bureau of Standards test that showed that Newman's device actually LOST energy.
Of course, the conspiracy theorists still go on about how it's all a big government coverup or something. So, anyone hear about this or understand the concepts behind his "research"? Is he a fake who's just trying to sell books or does he truly believe in his invention?
