I love how Franta talks about the "truth" of this case when absolutely no details are known except that an accusation was made. The truth is that NBA players sleep around like no other group of athletes, and that they get accused of sexual assault and other crimes by scorned ex-lovers more than anyone as a result. At this point, none of us could possibly know whether Kobe is innocent or guilty, it's all speculation, not truth.
Tell ya what, though...if I were to accuse anybody of murdering me, the guys I'd want on the jury are bsams, Drzsmith and Franta.
Just coz we have an open mind and can see the REAL truth dont hate us...

I don't know how that's "further proof" when there was no proof to begin with.
It could be seen that, if she's not in her right mind, we can't take what she says seriously.
I still don't think there's been anything revealed in this case that's undeniable proof. All we have is random facts that could be interpreted however you want.

She was being employed by the hotel, so I think it's safe to say she was mentally fit at the time, at least enough to meet the standards of their hiring service.

I'd like to point out yet again, that I only think Kobe is innocent until proven guilty. It has nothing to do with him being a sports star. I don't let that get in the way of my judgement the way you two do.

Mentally stable can mean that she is suicidal and has a low self esteem which Kobe used to his advantage to trick her into coming to his room.
Mentally stable does not automatically assume hallucinations.

Once again, none of that is proof. It's pure speculation and hypothesis, which you're using to support your belief that Kobe did what he's accused of doing.
All I'm saying is that there's just no proof brought up yet in this case.

This isn't just any hotel. This is the nicest hotel in the entire state, which houses celebrities like Kobe Bryant year round.
The girl could have had emotional problems, but she had to have been together while working. In that job, you are in contact with people all the time, and you have to be as helpful as possible. Someone with severe mental issues(certainly issues that would render someone incapable of choosing or consenting to sex) couldn't do that job consistently, as she had been.

Yeah a hotel is much more difficult to work in than say a police force or lawyer or nurses aid...
those and many other fields have had people working on the job the day before being admitted to a psych facility.
