The "terrorists", if you could even call them that before the war started, didn't attack us. They didn't attack us. The Russians went in guns ablazing when Chechnyans took a fucking school. The sovereign nation of attack didn't attack us, and they never would. Saddam Hussein didn't share any common goals with Al-Qaeda, in fact, they hated each other.
