Same with France too, by the way.

So, while this may not be "about Iraq," it's certainly about the fact that terrorists don't leave alone the people that play "nice" with them.




The reasons the US was targeted for terrorist attack before the Iraq war:

-Our support of Israel
-Our large military prescence in their homelands (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Afghanistan, etc.) Imagine how crazy people would get if a nation which core-values we did not share had a large military in the US. Let's say Iran or Saudi Arabia.
-Our sanctions
-The fact that we like to bomb them every couple years. That can really piss people off.
