Liberals typically accuse the United States of often supporting "fascist" or similar regimes out of self-interest, and argue that we should only support democracies.
There is only one democracy in the middle East and it is Israel.
Despite that fact, liberals constantly attack our support of the only democracy in the region and use our support of that democracy as a near-justification for being the target of terror attacks from others in the region.
