For every good player Krause got, he also acquired players like Brad Sellers, Stacey King and Dennis Hopson. I can't believe he drafted King 7th overall. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to watch Scottie Pippen at Central Arkansas and go "what a great player."
The true test of his ability as GM would be the years without Michael. I refuse to credit Michael with being the only reason they won championships, but look at how the team performed in those years and what Krause assembled.
I'd love to see him return like West has in Tenessee and see how Krause works then.
