Masque is probably the best of that series. also the closest to the source material, although they tried to stay as close as they could for most (which is more than a lot of early filmmakers who "adapted" Poe's stuff can say).
Rene Auberjon. . .damn I can't remember how to spell it. . .he was Clayton on Benson and Odo on DS9, starred in a great version of Amontillado that was filmed for a special about Poe several years ago.
