The kids got me THE GODFATHER, PT 2 and Season 6 of M*A*S*H (the first season with Winchester) on dvd this Father's Day, so I've been spending the week catching up on MASH eps I haven't seen in ages. I'd forgotten how good the first season with Winchester was, really invigorated the show.
But after that, every season to the end is spotty at best...maudlin, preachy, lacking in comedic bite.
The kids want to do a GODFATHER marathon maybe this weekend.
