Which commentator do you like more? Do you like the guest commentator format?

Boonie's commented over here that it's a little hard with three people in the booth so he doesn't comment as much as he likes because he doesn't want to step on any toes. I imagine Leiter's the same way. Boone seems a little more at ease though.

I was really impressed with how natural Al Leiter sounded in the booth. At first I thought he was just some other commentator I hadn't heard before.

Brett Boone sounded fine, too, but overall I liked Leiter more.

Bret's worried about stepping on toes because he's teamed with Mr. I Never Shut Up McCarver.

Though, frankly, I have found both sets of announcers for the LCS to be fine. Thom Brennaman isn't quite the natural his dad is, but it's easier for Marty being natural when he's doing the same team all the time. Thom does a good job with teams he doesn't cover regularly. Same with Joe Buck. Both sons of great broadcasters who are very good in their own rights.
