every fan would have (and some did) done the same thing. catching a foul ball is fun!

the emphasis should always be placed on foul ball. this guy reaching for the ball didn't cost the cubs a series. he didn't cost the cubs a game. he didn't cost the cubs a run. he didn't even cost the cubs a hit!

but either way, he'll most certainly be villified. i'd hate'em, too, im sure. and, were i him, i'd definitely sue the paper that printed my info and definitely consider relocating.

in all seriousness, i betcha the marlins would hook him up with an event or season tickets or something. why not turn it into something positive and head on down to florida?
