You've got that completely backwards. Yeah, if Austin manages someone, they will have to be able to work the ring but not the mic. You don't stick a guy who has good mic skills with someone else with good mic skills. You're just wasting up that guy's mic time with someone else.
Now, look at what WWE did with Lesnar when he first arrived. They handed the mic to Heyman and kept Brock quiet while he squashed everyone in the ring. They put him with someone who knew how to handle it to learn from while he worked on his own mic skills. That's the way it should be. Look how much better Christian plays to the camera and the audience after he was paired with Jericho.
Stick Austin with a younger wrestler who is having problems with the mic. Let him be the kid's mentor in speechafyin'. But, on the flip side of the same token, Austin's own character personality really doesn't fit him being a manager and working with people like that.
