I'd say the most important thing is to shake-up the announce teams for both shows. Let's look at four men who bring us our programs every week.
JR: Jim Ross used to be the greatest announcer. What the fuck happened? He's become a parody of himself. And I've noticed that he keeps repeating himself over and over again week after week. Stick with the backstage area, JR.
The King: Still good, but I feel he's just coasting right now. Both JR & King have allowed themselves to get to comfortable, and it shows. The last time the announcing on Raw was really good was when it was Heyman & JR. The King needs to stop being JR's buddy, and start being a heel commentator.
Michael Cole: SUCKS! Suck-suck-suckity suck! How the hell is this clown still employed? I have never, NEVER, conversed with anyone who has claimed to like Michael Cole's announcing. Does he have photos of Vince or Michael Dunn doing something incriminating?
Tazz: God bless him, he tries, but it ain't working.
I say throw money at Joey Styles and have him sit at the RAW table with the King. As for Smackdown, bring in either Scott Hudson or Tony Schiavone (admit it, Schiavone doesnt seem so bad now, does he?) and get Ventura to do color. He's got a free schedule.
