as bad as the williams-built dolphins are now ... i wouldn't rehire him. and, integrity-wise, i'd hope other teams'd do the same.
this guy just flat out quit on them, for stupid personal reasons. they spent a fortune building their team around him, to support his progress, and he screws them all by walking away, not even allowing for a trade or anything.
he fucked over his team, his coach, his fans... just poor, poor moves.
amazingly taltented guy, and i'd still never sign him.
