I guess I'll start out.
Vireximius/Patrick Callard
Patrick Callard was a popular and successful author with a bestselling family series. At the height of his fame, his secret and sorted past caught up with him. So did his future. His powers manifested in the height of a traumatic experience and caused another man's death. His mind, under the pressure of his new high profile and demanding life, could not take this mental blow. It quickly asserted the identity of Patrick's main character, Vireximius. Shaving his beard, cutting and dyeing his hair, and doning the costume made for a proposed film of his books, Callard began the life of a modern day knight. With the honor code and air of chivalry one would expect of Knight of the Round Table, Vireximius sees himself as a protector of the people.
He is kind of a Superman/Thor mix. He has the super strength, flight, and supersenses (only telescopic vision, no heat or x-ray stuff). He's pretty much invulnerable and that extends to his costume that seems to miraculously survive the most savage of blows. A large explosion will knock him back. Something on the size of a missle will knock him down without question. Vireximius can control the clouds, causeing rain, lightning, and high winds. He considers these proof of his magical powers and claims of being the ever resurrecting hero of Callards books.
